My Goals

Everyone knows about our Punjabi classical poets some of them are Baba Fareed, Waris Shah, Sultan Bahu, Shah Hussain, Bulle Shah and many others. They are classic till now for their ultimate qualities.

My goal is to introduce the world with the new Punjabi writers with their fundamental and everlasting qualities. There is a huge treasure of modern Punjabi writers who are the crowns of Punjabi literature. Most of them are trying their best for giving Punjabi its right. This platform will allow all Punjabi writers to introduce their voice so that they can be well known by all those who can understand Punjabi but are unaware of the Shah Mukhi Punjabi. My goal is to spread the voice of Punjabi to the world and to everyone who loves and want to know about Punjabi.

My Story

My love with Punjabi started with my F.A first class of Punjabi by Dr Nasreen Mukhtar in 1992.For the very first day i realized that how important is our mother language in our life. The first language of a child is part of the child’s personal, social and cultural identity.

Punjabi is an Indo -Aryan language, which was closely related to vedic, sanskrit and classical sanskrit. By 300 BC aryan language developed into many local dialects known as Middle Indo-Aryan dialects. It is the language of about 130 million people, and is the 1oth most spoken language in the world. It is written in two different scripts, called shah mukhi and Gurmukhi. In Pakistan it’s written in Shahmukhi script(as Urdu)and in India Gurmukhi is official language (as Hindi).Punjabi contains 35 letters(consonantal and vowels). Punjabi has its own grammar. Punjabi has many different dialects, spoken in the different sub-regions of greater Punjab .The Majhi dialect spoken around Amristar and Lahore is Punjabi’s prestige dialect.

I had done my graduate with Punjabi literature. After the graduation got married but continue writing Punjabi short stories in “SWEER” magazine. That was the time when words struck into my mind that there is not any need of education if woman is married and especially than when she has not any need of doing job. I continued my M.A Punjabi private, in exams got 1st division and waited for the time when i will be able to continue my regular MS Punjabi. That was 2013 when i stared my journey with the same building of LCWU Lahore. I entered with the goal of making something special and proud of the Punjabi literature. Accept the challenging topics. Done my MS thesis with the research about sikh religion and their contributions for Punjabi literature. I wrote two books i-e Sihk Dharm da Ithas and Sikh Likhyar. I done my PhD thesis with the research on the 70 years of Punjabi poems and poets with its mystical effect. My book “Ki Jana M Kon” part 1 and 2 is under publishing process.

I started recording books for the blinds after meeting with the Jabir Hussain, who is blind and was doing his PhD in English literature. He required books on linguistics. I recorded book of ” Lisaniyat” by Dr Shahbaz Malik. He send me voice message and said that i made him the eid day. He also told that no anyone has time for them for reading books. I started working with Qartba.com and Litreraria.com in 2018.Recorded Punjabi books and the guide books of 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th classes.

There was a time when my fellows requested me for learning Punjabi and it’s mystical approach. The session of “Punjabi poetry circle”, started. After realizing the value of recording books for Punjabi lovers also took birth as discussion on the HEER by Waris Shah and Saif ul malook by the Mian Muhammad Bukxh resulted effective.

During the time of COVIC 19,i received more time for recording more books. I designed the idea of website of audio books for not only visually challenged students but also for the Punjabi lovers.

Here are many plat forms where we catch the videos and images of Punjabi language, literature and heritage.

I designed a platform of Punjabi audio complete books where one can find not only the whole information of the topic but also about the writer, Writing is the reflection of the writer. want to introduce our intellectual Punjabi writers with their creations. Now i have recorded few books and want more books by more recorders.
